I am very disappointed with this business. I arrived before my 3:00 PM appointment and waited until 4:30 PM. During that time, my vehicle remained parked outside and no work was started. No one could give me a clear answer about when my car would be taken in or completed. “What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication. After waiting for over an hour and a half with no work started on my vehicle, I decided to leave. Only then was I asked where I was taking my car. I would have appreciated that level of concern much earlier in the process.” I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and respect for my time was unacceptable. I ended up taking my keys and leaving. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

The safelight technicians were scheduled to come between 12 and 5. They did not show up until after 5 and didn't finish work until after dark. When the work was finished I could not see the quality of the work due to the tape and that it was dark. In the morning I see the trims are not on straight, not covering gaps, and rubber seals have holes for mounts that are ripped and torn. This was the most negligent workmanship I've come across in a long time. I have to get trim pieces and seals replaced

Excellent service. I was very impressed by Jalen the technician’s professionalism, technical knowledge, and ability to handle the entire job alone. He made a very difficult window replacement look easy. My only recommendation would be to consider sending additional support for such demanding jobs. Overall, outstanding experience , I would definitely use them again.the job was cover by my insurance

My back window of a rental car cracked all up when I closed the trunk.at a Tampa hotel. I had used my own insurance, and was told I was responsible for the window. We were supposed to be headed down to Key West and after a couple hours of trying to get an appointment set up through the insurance, I just drove to the closest Safelite shop. I explained my situation. They got the car in, cleaned up the glass put temporary plastic on and ordered a replacement, at a good price, for installation in Miami on our trip back to drop off the rental. We were on our way, and the service in Miami was as scheduled. Both shops had great customer service! I highly recommend them.

I have a Ford F150 SuperCrew which needed the rear cab window replaced. My insurance policy covered the full cost of this repair under the comprehensive option. As a Google level-7 reviewer, I’m providing these facts to know what to expect. First the positive feedback: >My insurance company paid the FULL amount. This vendor discounts the glass replacement parts by 69% or $782 to the insurance company. Be thankful you have this coverage or you’d be out of pocket a lot of money! >I was able to get an appointment quickly and the vehicle was dropped off at 9:30am and done within 4 hrs. I chose to get a ride home & not wait in the waiting room. >The rep, Ariel was professional, responsive and informative during the entire process. >Prep your vehicle and make it easy for the repair. Clean up clutter that could be in the way and remove any valuables or items on importance. Note-Nothing in my truck was touched or taken!
